Extreme Baby Feeding: A Chest's Worth

My wife apparently has a very valuable chest. Our babies have battled with a dairy sensitivity.  This has caused an increase in grocery bills since she had to eat food that wouldn't normally come in the house (seriously, a half gallon of almond milk costs $3.28 where we live!).  Now assuming we had formula fed the girls we would have had to go for a hypoallergenic formula like Similac Alimentum at 129.99 for a case of six cans.

• Those 6 cans would have lasted us about a week if we were lucky. So, we would have spent $649.95 per month on formula 
• One year worth of formula would have cost us $7794.40.

I am not going to complain about this seeing as the formula costs per month are MORE than our excess per month. So if my wife is going to save money this way then I shan't complain.

While not being extreme baby feeding per sae, the choice of location is certainly not a top pick among nursing parents.

While changing Bronwyn Melissa realized that she was still hungry and took matters into her own hands. Rather than move bronwyn she just fed her on the changing table. I don't know if she could get more extreme than this unless she tried to feed them both using this method.

Extreme Baby Feeding pt2.

My wife has joined the local moms of multiples club and several of them have twins under 1 yr. So they go out on a weekly excursion to hang out and the following is exhibit is from one of those excursions. My wife had to feed the girls and the only suitable location was a nearby bench. With no pillow at hand she did what any woman in desperate straights would do and crosses her legs and plops them on each knee. I am still wondering just what this look is for that she is doing.

I thought I would start a short series on some of the more extreme methods we have undertaken when feeding the twins.

The first exhibit would be my sister who is attempting to feed both of the twins. Rather than use both hands, one was occupied with her camera, she used one hand and one foot.
